Multiple events

The Multiple Events builder adds several dates to a single event. Add specific dates, set a repeating schedule, or combine both on one event — so settings like registration types are shared across every date. Use it for tours, multi-day festivals, conference sessions, and recurring classes. For a single event on one day, use Create an event instead.

Requirements: A Guest Manager account. A venue with a time zone — you can create one inline.

Open the builder

Click Multiple Events. You can build dates onto a brand-new event, or attach them to an existing one.

Add the event and venue

  1. Choose or create the event. Select an existing event to add dates to it, or type a new name to create one. Use a non-date-specific name — “Summer Concert Series”, not “Friday Show”.
  2. Set the venue. Select an existing venue, or type a new name to add one, then set its time zone. The time zone drives every date.

Add dates, a schedule, or both

A multiple-events build needs specific dates, a recurrence schedule, or both — you can’t save with neither.

  • Specific dates — add each date in the Dates section. Set a start, and either an end time or a duration. Expand a date to give it its own name, venue, or registration types.
  • Recurrence schedule — set a repeating rule in the Recurrences section: how often it repeats (daily, weekly, monthly), the start, and when it ends (never / after a number of occurrences / on a date). The builder previews the generated dates before you save.

Add registration types

Add registration types in the builder — name, ticket type, price, and quantity. Types added here apply across the dates. To vary a type for one date only, expand that date and set it there.

Review the dates and registration types, then Save. A recurrence generates its dates after saving.

FAQ

What’s the difference between dates and a recurrence?

Add specific dates when you have a known handful (a weekend festival). Set a recurrence when the event repeats on a schedule (a weekly class) and listing each date by hand would be tedious. You can use both on the same event.

Can I add dates to an event I already created?

Yes. In the builder, select the existing event instead of creating a new one, then add dates or a recurrence to it.

When should I use a single event instead?

When there’s one date, or when multiple days don’t need to share settings. See Create an event.
