Connecting Stripe

Connect your Stripe account to Guest Manager so you can take online payments for ticket orders — link, disconnect, and manage your Stripe payment method.

Connect your own Stripe account to take online payments for ticket orders. Payments are processed through your Stripe account, and payouts go to your Stripe balance.

Requirements: A Stripe account. Stripe must be available on your Guest Manager account — if you don’t see it on the Apps page, contact support.

Connect your Stripe account

  1. Open Apps from the main menu.

  2. On the Stripe Payments card, click Connect to Stripe.

  3. Sign in to Stripe and authorize Guest Manager.

You’re returned to the Apps page. The Stripe Payments card now shows a Connected label and lists your connected account. Connecting also sets up a Stripe payment method, so you can start taking payments right away.

Disconnect Stripe

  1. Open Apps from the main menu.
  2. On the Stripe Payments card, click Disconnect next to the connected account.
  3. Confirm when prompted.

The account is removed from the Stripe Payments card.

FAQ

Who receives the money from ticket sales?

Payments go to the Stripe account you connect. Guest Manager processes orders through your account, so payouts land in your own Stripe balance on Stripe’s payout schedule.

Can I connect more than one Stripe account?

The Stripe Payments card lists each connected account. If you need to switch accounts, disconnect the current one and connect the new one.

What happens to existing orders if I disconnect Stripe?

Disconnecting removes the account from the Stripe Payments card. Verify any pending payouts and refunds in Stripe before disconnecting.
