You can check attendees in from any computer browser, straight from the event’s Attendees list. Web check-in needs an internet connection, and it can’t scan ticket barcodes — for door scanning, use the iOS scanner app.
Requirements: An event with attendees. An active internet connection.
Check an attendee in
-
Open the event and go to Attendees.
-
Find the attendee in the list. The Status column shows their current state.
-
Click Check In on that row.
The attendee’s status changes to checked in, stamped with the time. A yellow Check Out button and an Undo Check in option now appear on the row.
Check out or undo a check-in
- Click Check Out to mark a checked-in attendee as having left. They can be checked in again later.
- Click Undo Check in to reverse a check-in made by mistake. The attendee returns to confirmed, as if they were never checked in.
Check several attendees at once
- Select the attendees using the row checkboxes.
- Choose the bulk action — Check In, Check Out, or Undo Check in — and confirm.
Only attendees in a valid state for that action are affected.

FAQ
Do I need the scanner app to check people in?
No. Web check-in works from any browser. The app is for scanning ticket barcodes and for working offline — web check-in can’t scan and requires an internet connection.
What’s the difference between Check Out and Undo Check in?
Check Out records that a checked-in attendee has left, keeping the check-in on record — useful for re-entry tracking. Undo Check in removes the check-in entirely, returning the attendee to confirmed, for correcting a mistaken check-in.
Why is the Check In button missing on a row?
The button only shows for attendees who can be checked in — those who are confirmed or checked out. An attendee who is already checked in shows Check Out and Undo Check in instead. Voided or transferred tickets can’t be checked in.
Do web check-ins and app check-ins stay in sync?
Yes. A check-in done in the browser and one done in the scanner app update the same attendee record, so the status is consistent wherever you look.
