Note: Use the Shopify Orders dashboard (not the app) to do refunds and cancellations.
When you issue a refund, be sure to check Restock items if you would like the tickets to be automatically cancelled and re-added to the inventory. If you uncheck Restock items, the tickets will be left as-is (i.e., still valid).
Cancelling an order from the Shopify orders page will automatically delete the corresponding tickets in Guest Manager.
Yes, refunding or canceling an order will trigger a credit of the $1 service fees. Please note that we can only refund service fees within 30 days of when the order was placed. This is a limitation imposed by Shopify.
