How to buy more credits or a credit package in Guest Manager — the package options, prices, and how to purchase by credit card.

Credits cover free tickets, free-ticket check-ins, and emails, separate from the per-ticket fee on paid tickets. When your balance runs low you can top up by buying a credit package. For what credits cover and what depletes them, see Credits and free tickets.

Requirements: An active subscription — the free On Demand plan is enough. A saved credit card on the account.

Buy a credit package

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner, then click Billing.

  2. In the Credits section, choose a package.

  3. Click Purchase on the package you want, then confirm the charge to your card.

The charge runs on your saved card and the credits are added to your balance. It can take up to a minute for the new balance to show — refresh the Billing page if it hasn’t updated.

Larger packages cost less per credit. Prices above are in USD; packages are also priced in your account’s currency — CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, or NZD. See guestmanager.com/pricing for other currencies.

Credit packages are a one-time purchase. They stack on top of your plan’s monthly allowance and don’t expire.

FAQ

I don’t see the packages or a Purchase button.

Buying credits requires an active subscription and a saved credit card. Subscribe to a plan first — the free On Demand plan works — and add a card on the Billing page. Clicking Purchase without a card on file redirects you to add one.

My card was declined.

The purchase is canceled and you’re sent to update your card. Add a working card and try again. If the account shows past due after a decline, contact support to reset it.

Do credits bought in the scanner app apply to my account?

Yes. In-app purchases made in the iOS scanner app apply to your Guest Manager balance automatically.

I bought credits under the wrong account.

Contact support. Credits are an append-only ledger and can’t be moved by editing a balance, so support transfers them between accounts manually.

Can I pay by check or invoice?

No. Credit packages are purchased online by credit card only.
