The Orders list is where you filter, search, and export sales. From it you can download a summary report grouped by registration type or by product, with quantities and revenue for each.

Requirements: Backend access. The report covers completed orders only — incomplete or abandoned orders are excluded.

Export a sales report

  1. Open Orders.

  2. Narrow the list to the sales you want in the report. Use the filter button to filter by event, date range, registration type, payment status, and more — or type a name, order number, or email into the quick search.

  3. Click the arrow beside the Export button to open the export menu.

  4. Under Reports, choose Sales By Variant or Sales by Product.

    • Sales By Variant groups each row by registration type and price point.
    • Sales by Product groups each row by product.

The report downloads as a CSV scoped to whatever you filtered. Each row carries quantities (sold, returned, net) and revenue figures (item, gross, net) plus tax, fees, and promotions for that group.

Export the order rows themselves

To export the orders as you see them rather than a grouped summary, click the Export button directly. The export menu also offers Visible columns… (only the columns currently shown) and All columns…. Saved column sets created under report templates appear here too.

FAQ

How do I report on a past event?

Orders stay in the list after the event ends. Filter by the event (or its date range) and export as usual — there is no separate archive to switch into.

Do the reports include refunded or returned sales?

Yes. Each report row breaks out quantity returned and returned revenue alongside the gross figures, so a partially-refunded registration type still shows its full sales history and its net result.

Can I get a recurring sales summary by email?

Yes. Guest Manager can send a daily order digest to an admin, summarizing recent orders. Enable it on the admin’s notification settings.
