Every boolean filter takes true or false, tickets gain sent, expired and deleted filters, created_at ranges work on every filtered endpoint, and voiding a ticket now tells you when it can't.

The endpoint for polling asynchronous event work is now the richer operations resource, with phase-level progress, partial readiness, and clearer failure reporting. The old path and header keep working for 90 days.

Cursor-based pagination is now the standard on v2, ticket responses can include their order inline, and new rate limiting keeps the API responsive.
