Export the generated ticket PDFs for a group of attendees in one action — either combined into a single PDF or as a ZIP of individual files. This works from your attendee list, using its bulk actions.
Requirements: A configured PDF ticket design on the event. Attendees without a PDF design are skipped — see PDF tickets.
Export tickets in bulk

Open the attendee list for your event.

Select the attendees to export. Use the Select menu to select all, this page, or none, or tick individual rows.
- Open the Actions menu and choose the export format:
- Download (PDF) — one combined PDF with a page per ticket. Best for printing.
- Download (ZIP) — a ZIP containing a separate PDF file per ticket. Best for distributing tickets individually.
- Review the confirmation. It shows how many attendees you selected and how many can be exported, then click Yes, proceed.
The export runs in the background and shows its progress. When it finishes, a download link appears — click it to download the file.

FAQ
Why can’t I export more than 100 attendees at once?
Bulk export is capped at 100 attendees per run. If you select more, you’re asked to select fewer and try again. Export in batches, or use the per-event filters to narrow the list before selecting.
Why were some tickets skipped?
Only attendees with a configured PDF ticket design can be exported. The confirmation screen shows how many of your selected attendees can be exported and notes how many are not eligible. Set up a PDF design for the event to include them — see PDF tickets.
How do I download just one ticket?
Open the individual attendee and use its PDF download option. The bulk export is for downloading many tickets at once.
