No. Credits can be used for any event.
No. For example, you could upload 2,000 guests, and if you only check in 1 of them, then you will be charged 1 credit.
In advance of when you need them. They are not billed after the fact - so you will know exactly how much you are spending.
You will go into negative credits. The check-in app will continue to work, but you will not have access to the web dashboard until you purchase more.
Yes. You can mix and match any packages to achieve however many credits you need.
You can either upgrade to a higher plan, or simply purchase a one-time credit package separately.

For the orders processed going forward. It is not retro-active.
Don't worry about credits if you're selling tickets. Credits only apply to free or imported tickets.
Stripe will deposit sales into your bank account on a daily or weekly basis. It's quick and easy to create your own Stripe account.
Stripe handles everything for us automatically. In other words, when you sell a ticket, Stripe will send us the service fee directly, and then send you the net remainder.
Those are handled between you and Stripe. At the time of writing, Stripe charges 2.9% + 0.30 per transaction in the USA. You may pass this fee on to the ticket buyer.
